2016-2019: Worldwide deployment in Solvay of new common Travel & Expenses processes & solution (Concur-based) with various as-is situations and including a change of Card policy and provider as well as enhanced services from Travel Agency.
Scope of the deployment: 9 countries in EMEA (~ 7000 employees in 2 waves), 2 in NAM, 4 in LATAM and 4 in APAC.
